NEONCPS is an individually operated, browser-based CPS tool. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the site.

Operator and privacy contact

  • Operator: NEONCPS (individually operated).
  • Privacy inquiries and requests can be sent through the CONTACT form on the home page.
  • The contact form is also the route for access, correction, deletion, objection, or consent-withdrawal requests.

Data kept on your device

  • CPS results are calculated in your browser. No account or login is required.
  • Selected language, theme, and up to the three most recent results for each test mode may be stored in local storage on your device.
  • Local data remains until it is replaced by newer results or cleared in your browser settings.
  • A copied or shared result URL can include time, click count, and CPS values. Hosting and analytics providers may process that URL when it is opened.

Contact form data

  • The form collects an optional name, a required reply email address, message content, and confirmation of this policy.
  • Formspree may also process technical submission information such as IP address, browser information, submission time, and referring page.
  • This information is processed with your consent to answer the inquiry, handle privacy requests, correct site issues, and maintain site operations.
  • Do not submit passwords, identification numbers, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information.

Service providers and international processing

  • Cloudflare provides site hosting, delivery, and security and may process request data such as IP address, request time, headers, and URL.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics may automatically inject a RUM beacon for eligible visitors and send current-page performance measurements, such as page-load and Core Web Vitals data, and the referring page URL to Cloudflare. The beacon does not store or access cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. For the RUM request, Cloudflare receives the source IP address during normal HTTP handling but discards it at the nearest data center and does not store it in core databases or logs. If EEA/EU exclusion is enabled, the beacon is not injected for visitors routed through excluded Cloudflare data centers.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process page URL, browser and device information, approximate location, interaction events, and session diagnostics to measure traffic and improve the site.
  • Google AdSense provides advertising, and Google Fonts supplies web font files.
  • Formspree delivers contact-form submissions. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries when a page, ad, analytics request, font, or form submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
  • Provider processing and retention are also governed by their policies and the site's account settings.

Advertising, cookies, and consent

  • AdSense, analytics, and diagnostic services may use cookies or similar storage according to consent choices and regional requirements.
  • For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Google Privacy & messaging or another certified consent solution can present advertising and analytics choices.
  • Where a consent message is available, you can use it to review, refuse, or change your choices.

Retention and deletion

  • Contact-form submissions are retained for no longer than 90 days from the submission date and are deleted from Formspree and the receiving mailbox by then. They may be deleted sooner after the inquiry is resolved. A longer period applies only when required by law.
  • Local storage is controlled by you and can be deleted through your browser settings.
  • Analytics, advertising, hosting, and diagnostic data follow the retention settings and legal obligations of the relevant provider.

Your rights and security

  • Use the home-page CONTACT form to request access, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawal. We may confirm the request through the same email address used for the inquiry; do not send identity documents or passwords.
  • The site does not connect contact-form email addresses to Analytics or Clarity visitor records, so those records generally cannot be located by email address.
  • The site uses HTTPS and does not require user accounts.

  • 로컬 정보는 새 결과로 교체되거나 사용자가 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 때까지 남습니다.
  • 복사하거나 공유한 결과 URL에는 시간, 클릭 수, CPS 값이 포함될 수 있으며, 해당 주소를 열 때 호스팅 및 분석 제공업체가 URL을 처리할 수 있습니다.

문의 폼 정보

  • 문의 폼은 선택사항인 이름, 필수 답변 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 이 방침 확인 여부를 수집합니다.
  • Formspree는 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 제출 시각, 이전 페이지 같은 기술 정보도 처리할 수 있습니다.
  • 이 정보는 사용자의 동의를 바탕으로 문의 답변, 개인정보 요청 처리, 사이트 오류 정정과 운영을 위해 사용합니다.
  • 비밀번호, 주민등록번호, 결제정보, 건강정보 등 민감정보는 입력하지 마세요.

외부 제공업체와 국외 처리

  • Cloudflare는 사이트 호스팅, 전송, 보안을 제공하며 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 헤더, URL 같은 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics는 대상 방문자에게 RUM 비콘을 자동 삽입하여 페이지 로드 및 Core Web Vitals 같은 현재 페이지의 성능 정보와 이전 페이지 URL을 Cloudflare로 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 비콘은 쿠키, localStorage, sessionStorage 또는 IndexedDB를 저장하거나 읽지 않습니다.   • 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 반대 또는 동의 철회는 홈 페이지 CONTACT 폼으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 문의에 사용한 같은 이메일로 요청을 확인할 수 있으며 신분증이나 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다.
  • 사이트는 문의 이메일을 Analytics 또는 Clarity 방문 기록과 연결하지 않으므로 해당 기록은 일반적으로 이메일 주소로 찾을 수 없습니다.
  • 사이트는 HTTPS를 사용하고 회원 계정을 요구하지 않습니다.
